We usually ship via the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (insurance is required for larger items). If the USPS states your package was delivered, then we are no longer responsible for your order. You will have to contact your local Post Office and settle with them. | ||||

Yes, we sell a variety of other items. We would rather focus on MP's, but if you would like a military product such as rank, patches, etc... along with an MP product from our site, we can offer that to you. We keep those prices very competitive. | ||||

Products-Custom | Can custom-made products be returned for a refund? | |||
No. We cannot refund custom-made products because we would not be able to sell them to anyone else. We highly recommend you purchase a sample from us if you are ordering a large quantity of custom-made products. That way, you are sure about what you are getting. | ||||

Returns & Refunds | Can I return products I order from you? | |||
All sales are final unless item is defective, and a Sales Representative must approve the return. Please DO NOT send items back to us without contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund unless you have approval from one of our Sales Representatives. A re-stocking fee of 15% may be applicable. No refunds on custom items. All items (including defective) are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase. If an item is defective, it must be returned to us with the original shipping and packing material. If you receive a Beret that does not fit correctly, the following conditions must be met to receive an exchanged Beret. The request for a different size must be made via e-mail or phone within 14 days of the order ship date. The beret must not have been worn - if the beret shows any signs of wear, no exchanged beret will be sent and there will be a fee to send the original beret back to the customer. The beret must be returned in the original packaging as when the customer received it. There will be an actual shipping charge (no handling fee) to the customer's credit card when the exchanged beret is shipped to the customer. Return to - Global Military Police Experts, LLC P.O. Please include a copy of your Sales Receipt with a note stating which size beret you need and that we have permission to charge your credit card the shipping fee to send the exchanged beret to you. We only ship to APO addresses. We only sell our products to the U.S. Military Police. We no longer ship coffee mugs overseas unless the customer is willing to forego any refund or exchange for a broken or damaged mug. We have had customers forego the refunds and exchanges, and most of them receive their coffee mugs in tact. But, there is no guarantee. | ||||

Normally, two to five business days from shipping date. If you have not received your order after 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately at 1-731-426-2044. | ||||

APO addresses are the same as domestic shipping addresses. However, we do insure many orders going overseas. There is often an additional cost for insurance. | ||||
