Our shipping rates are based on the total dollar value of your order. Occasionally, shipping rates may vary. APO customers ordering over $100 should contact us to confirm shipping rate.
With the exception of Engraved Badges, orders normally ship within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for delivery. All sales are final unless the product is proven to be defective - within 15 days of shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
*When ordering ENGRAVED Badges, please allow up to 6 weeks for them to be completed and shipped. Average time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Our company easily ships our products to military bases and military post offices in the United States. But we can also ship to military bases and military post offices around the world through the use of Army Post Offices (APO's) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO's). No matter how large or small an order, MPExperts.com is dedicated to making your purchase and delivery as affordable and convenient as possible. Refunds & Returns:All Sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items only - within 30 days from the date of the sale. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
