| No. We cannot refund custom-made products because we would not be able to sell them to anyone else. We highly recommend you purchase a sample from us if you are ordering a large quantity of custom-made products. That way, you are sure about what you are getting. | ||||

| All sales are final unless item is defective, and a Sales Representative must approve the return. Please DO NOT send items back to us without contacting us. | Yes, we ship many of our products to APO addresses. We no longer ship coffee mugs overseas unless the customer is willing to forego any refund or exchange for a broken or damaged mug. We have had customers forego the refunds and exchanges, and most of them receive their coffee mugs in tact. But, there is no guarantee. | ||||
